Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Justices of the Peace (Commission Areas) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.

(2) In this Order “ MCC ” means magistrates' courts committee.

Section 2Commission areas

For the Schedule to the Justices of the Peace (Commission Areas) Order 1999 there shall be substituted the Schedule to this Order.
