Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.

Section 2
In paragraph 1(a) respectively in Schedules 2, 3, 5 and 6 to the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1998 for the words “£65 per hour” there shall be substituted “£70 per hour” in all places where those words occur.
