Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 19th September 2001.

(2) In this Order “the principal Order ” means the Export of Goods (Control Order) 1994 .

Section 2

The following text is substituted for Article 2(1) of the principal Order.

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Order, all goods of a description specified in Schedule 1 hereto are prohibited to be exported to any destination.

Section 3

(1) The following text is substituted for Article 2(2) of the principal Order.

Subject to the provisions of this Order goods shall be prohibited to be exported to any destination where:

(2) In Article 2(2)(a)(b)(c) delete all references to “that person” and replace with “the exporter”.
