Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 2000 (Designation of Companies) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 31st March 2001.

Section 2

National Air Traffic Services Limited, NATS (Services) Limited and NATS (En Route) Limited are designated for the purposes of section 56(11) Transport Act 2000.
