This Order may be cited as the Local Education Authority–School Relations Code of Practice Order 2001 and shall come into force on 16th February 2001.

Section 2
The Code of Practice on Local Education Authority–School Relations under section 127 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 issued by the Secretary of State in the form of the draft and under DfEE Number 0027/2001 shall come into force on 16th February 2001.
