Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration Appeals (Family Visitor) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 12th January 2001.

Section 2Amendment of regulation 3 of the Immigration Appeals (Family Visitor) ( No. 2) Regulations 2000

The Immigration Appeals (Family Visitor) (No. 2) Regulations 2000 shall be amended as follows:
(a) in regulation 3(1)(a), for the figure “£500” there shall be substituted the figure “£125”; and
(b) in regulation 3(1)(b), for the figure “£150” there shall be substituted the figure “£50”.
