Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Postal Services Commission (Register) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 26th March 2001.

Section 2Hours at which the register is to be open for inspection

The contents of the register shall be available for inspection by the public between 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on every day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a day which is a bank holiday in England within the meaning of the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971 .
