Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Registration of Political Parties (Fees) Order 2001.

(2) This Order shall come into force on 16th February 2001.

(3) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000.

(4) The Registration of Political Parties (Fees) Order 1998 is hereby revoked.

Section 2

The fee for an application by a party under section 28 of, and Part I of Schedule 4 to, the Act for registration under Part II of the Act is £150.

Section 3

The fee for an application under section 30 of, and Part II of Schedule 4 to, the Act by a party to have its entry in the register altered is £25.

Section 4

The fee for a notification under section 32 or 34(3) of, or paragraph 11(2) of Schedule 23 to, the Act is £25.
