Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st June 2002.

Section 2

Miss Susan Lewis is hereby re-appointed Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales for a period of five years commencing on 1st June 2002.

Section 3

The Education (Chief Inspector of Schools in Wales) Order 1997 is hereby revoked.
