Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland Act 1998 (Modification) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 15th March 2002.

Section 2Modification of the Northern Ireland Act 1998

At the end of subsection (6) of section 87 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 there shall be added the following paragraph—

(p) the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 and the Social Security Fraud Act (Northern Ireland) 2001
