Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment, Use and Certification) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

Section 2Increases in fees

(1) The Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment, Use and Certification) Regulations 1981 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In the regulations specified in column (1) of the Table for the amounts specified in column (2) there shall be substituted the amounts specified in column (3).
