Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

Section 2
The Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1998 are hereby amended as follows—
(a) in paragraph 1 in Schedule 2, for the words “the 1998 principal Regulations” there shall be substituted “the 1988 principal Regulations”; and
(b) in paragraph 1(a) respectively in Schedules 2, 3, 5 and 6, for the words “£70.00 per hour” there shall be substituted “£77.00 per hour” in all places where those words occur.
