Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) (Approval of Fitters and Workshops) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

Section 2Increases in fees
In regulation 3 of the Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) (Approval of Fitters and Workshops) (Fees) Regulations 1986 for “£251” there shall be substituted “£259” and for “£102” there shall be substituted “£105”.
