Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2002 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is laid before Parliament.

Section 2
At the end of Part 2 of the Schedule to the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) Order 2000 (Instruments made by the Council of the European Union) there is added:
Common Position 2002/145/ CFSP of 18th February 2002 (Zimbabwe) .
