The Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2003
Section 2
Section 57 of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 (testing persons in police detention) shall come into force on 1st April 2003 within the following police areas :
(i) Cleveland; and
(ii) Humber.
