Until paragraph 5 of Schedule 11 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 comes into force, the reference in rule 26(2)(c) to the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland is to be read as a reference to the Supreme Court of Northern Ireland.

Schedule 2 shall have effect.
