Section 2Commencement of variation
The variation of the Public Lending Right Scheme 1982 made by the Secretary of State on 11 th January 2011, whereby paragraph 1(a) of Article 46 was varied by substituting “6.25p” for “6.29p”, shall come into force on 7 th February 2011.
