Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Head Teachers’ Qualifications) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 1st April 2011.

Section 2Amendment of the Education (Head Teachers’ Qualifications) (England) Regulations 2003

In regulation 5(2)(c) of the Education (Head Teachers’ Qualifications) (England) Regulations 2003 , for “80A or 80B of the Employment Rights Act 1996” substitute “80A, 80AA, 80B or 80BB of the Employment Rights Act 1996”.
