Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Additional Statutory Paternity Pay (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on 1st April 2011.

Section 2Amendment to the Additional Statutory Paternity Pay (General) Regulations 2010

In regulation 14 of the Additional Statutory Paternity Pay (General) Regulations 2010 (additional statutory paternity pay period (adoption)), in paragraph (1), for “before” substitute “after”.
