Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Further Education Teachers’ Qualifications (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 1st April 2011.

Section 2 Amendment of the Further Education Teachers’ Qualifications (England) Regulations 2007

The Further Education Teachers’ Qualifications (England) Regulations 2007 are amended as set out in regulation 3.

Section 3 Amendment of the Further Education Teachers’ Qualifications (England) Regulations 2007

In regulation 2—

(a) in paragraph (1), omit the definition of “LLUK”;

(b) in paragraph (2)(c), for “LLUK” substitute “IfL”.
