Section 1Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Guernsey) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on 6th April 2011.
(2) In these Regulations “the 2009 Regulations ” mean the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Guernsey) Regulations 2009 .
(3) These Regulations extend to Guernsey.

Section 2Amendment of regulation 4 of the 2009 Regulations

In regulation 4(b) of the 2009 Regulations (fees for criminal record certificates and enhanced criminal record certificates) for “£36” substitute “£44”.
