Section 1 Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Budget Responsibility and National Audit Act 2011 (Commencement No.1) Order 2011.

(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Budget Responsibility and National Audit Act 2011.

Section 2 Provisions of the Act coming into force on 23rd March 2011

The provisions of the Act listed in Schedule 1 to this Order come into force on 23rd March 2011.

Section 3 Provisions of the Act coming into force on 4th April 2011

The provisions of the Act listed in Schedule 2 to this Order come into force on 4th April 2011.
