Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the City of Birmingham (Scheme of Elections) (Amendment) Order 2015 and shall come into force on 16th April 2015.

Section 2Amendment of the City of Birmingham (Scheme of Elections) Order 2015

(1) The City of Birmingham (Scheme of Elections) Order 2015 is amended as follows.

(2) In articles 2 and 3 for “2017” substitute “2018” in each place where it occurs.
