Section 1Citation and Commencement
(1) This Order may be cited as the Child Poverty Act 2010 (Extension of Publication Deadline) Order 2015.
(2) It comes into force on 6th March 2015.

Section 2Extension of publication deadline for 2015
The publication deadline, before which the Commission would otherwise be required by section 8B(1) of the Child Poverty Act 2010 to publish its third annual report, is extended from 8th May 2015 to 18th December 2015.
