Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Disclosure of Address) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 30th June 2015.

Section 2Amendment to the Companies (Disclosure of Address) Regulations 2009

(1) The Companies (Disclosure of Address) Regulations 2009 are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1, after “The Secretary of State;” insert “the Minister for the Cabinet Office;”.
