Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Variation of Leave) (Revocation) Order 2015.

(2) It comes into force on 20th April 2015.

Section 2 Revocation

The following Orders are revoked—

(a) The Immigration (Variation of Leave) Order 1976 ;

(b) The Immigration (Variation of Leave) (Amendment) Order 1989 ;

(c) The Immigration (Variation of Leave) (Revocation) Order 1991 ;

(d) The Immigration (Variation of Leave) ( No. 2) Order 1991 ;

(e) The Immigration (Variation of Leave) (Amendment) Order 1993 ;

(f) The Immigration (Variation of Leave) (Amendment) Order 2000 .
