Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Acquisition and Disclosure of Communications Data: Code of Practice) Order 2015 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2
The Code of Practice entitled “Acquisition and Disclosure of Communications Data”, laid before Parliament in draft on 4th March 2015, relating to the acquisition and disclosure of communications data under Chapter 2 of Part 1 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, comes into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
