Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Ordnance Survey Trading Fund (Revocation) Order 2016 and comes into force on 31st March 2016.

Section 2Revocations

The following Orders are revoked–
(a) the Ordnance Survey Trading Fund Order 1999 ;
(b) the Ordnance Survey Trading Fund (Maximum Borrowing) Order 2006 ; and
(c) the Ordnance Survey Trading Fund (Maximum Borrowing) Order 2010 .
