Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Members of the Forces) (Northern Ireland) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into force immediately after the coming into operation of the Universal Credit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 .
