Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products and Energy Information (Amendment) Regulations 2016.

(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 1st September 2016.

(3) Regulation 2(3) comes into force on 1st January 2018.

Section 2 Amendments to the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010

(1) The table at paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 (declaration of conformity) to the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010 is amended as follows.
