Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Trade Union Act 2016 (Political Funds) (Transition Period) Regulations 2017.

(2) These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

Section 2Transition period

The transition period referred to in section 11(5) of the Trade Union Act 2016 is the period of 12 months beginning on 1st March 2017.
