Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Universal Credit (Surpluses and Self-employed Losses) (Change of coming into force) Regulations 2017 and come into force at the end of the period of 21 days beginning with the day on which they are laid.

Section 2 Postponement of provision for surpluses and self-employed losses

In Regulation 1 (citation and commencement) of the Universal Credit (Surpluses and Self-employed Losses) (Digital Service) Amendment Regulations 2015 , for “3rd April 2017” substitute “2nd April 2018”.
