Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) (Amendment) (England, Wales and Scotland) Order 2017 and comes into force on 31st May 2017.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.

Section 2 Amendment to the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) (England, Wales and Scotland) Order 2015

(1) The Misuse of Drugs (Designation) (England, Wales and Scotland) Order 2015 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 1(a) of Part 1 of the Schedule—

(a) before “Bufotenine” insert—
