Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Feed-in Tariffs and Contracts for Difference (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 and come into force on exit day.

Section 2 Amendment of the Feed-in Tariffs Order 2012

In article 27(6) of the Feed-in Tariffs Order 2012 , in paragraph (b) of the definition of “qualifying renewable electricity”, omit “other than the United Kingdom”.

Section 3 Amendment of the Electricity Supplier Obligations (Amendment & Excluded Electricity) Regulations 2015

In regulation 3(3)(b) of the Electricity Supplier Obligations (Amendment & Excluded Electricity) Regulations 2015 , omit “other than the United Kingdom”.
