Section 1Citation and commencement
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Benchmarks) (Amendment) Regulations 2018.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 26th February 2018.

Section 2Amendment of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Benchmarks) Regulations 2018
Regulation 61(1) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Benchmarks) Regulations 2018 (existing administrators as at 30th June 2016: transitional provision) is amended by omitting “in relation to that benchmark or those benchmarks”.
