Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Premises licences and club premises certificates) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into force on 23rd March 2018.

Section 2 Amendment to the Licensing Act 2003 (Premises licences and club premises certificates) Regulations 2005

(1) The Licensing Act 2003 (Premises licences and club premises certificates) Regulations 2005 are amended as follows.

(2) For the form in Schedule 5 (Application to vary a premises licence to specify an individual as designated premises supervisor under the Licensing Act 2003) substitute the form in the Schedule to these Regulations.
