Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity Network Codes and Guidelines (System Operation and Connection) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019.

(2) These Regulations come into force on the day before that on which exit day falls.

Section 2Revocation of regulation 5 of the Electricity Network Codes and Guidelines (System Operation and Connection) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

Regulation 5 of the Electricity Network Codes and Guidelines (System Operation and Connection) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 is revoked.
