Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order maybe cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education) Order of Council 2013 (Amendment) Order 2019 and shall come into force on 1st August 2019.

Section 2Variation of Power to Award Degrees etc (Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education) Order of Council 2013
(1) The Power to Award Degrees etc (Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education) Order of Council 2013 is varied in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) For paragraph 2, substitute—
(2) Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education shall be competent to grant awards of the kind mentioned in paragraph 2A of section 76 of the said Act for a fixed seven- year term beginning on 1st August 2013 and expiring on 31st July 2020.
