Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Structural and Investment Funds Common Provisions and Common Provision Rules etc. (Amendment) (EU Exit) (Revocation) Regulations 2020.

(2) These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

Section 2Revocation

The European Structural and Investment Funds Common Provisions and Common Provision Rules etc. (Amendment) (EU Exit) (Regulations) 2019 are revoked.
