Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) (Amendment) Order 2020 and comes into force on the 28th day after the day on which it is laid.

Section 2Amendment to the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010

(1) The First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 6 (Functions of the Social Entitlement Chamber), after sub-paragraph (ea) insert—
(eb) under the Childcare (Early Years Provision Free of Charge) (Extended Entitlement) Regulations 2016
