Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Business and Planning Act 2020 (London Spatial Development Strategy) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2020.

(2) These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

Section 2 Amendment of the Business and Planning Act 2020

In section 21(2) of the Business and Planning Act 2020 (Mayor of London’s spatial development strategy: electronic inspection), for “31 December 2020” substitute “31 December 2021”.
