Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (All Tiers) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2020.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 19th December 2020.

Section 2 Amendments to the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (All Tiers) (England) Regulations 2020

(1) Schedule 4 of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (All Tiers) (England) Regulations 2020 is amended as follows.

(2) In Part 1 (Tier 2 area)—

(a) omit the following—
