Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the United Nations Sanctions (Revocations) Order 2020 and comes into force as follows—

(a) in the United Kingdom, the Bailiwick of Guernsey, the Isle of Man and the British overseas territories listed in Schedule 1 to this Order, on IP completion day ;

(b) in the Bailiwick of Jersey, on the day following the day on which it is registered by the Royal Court of Jersey or on IP completion day, whichever is the later.

(2) Any provision in this Order which revokes an instrument has the same extent as the instrument revoked.

Section 2 Revocations

The Orders listed in Schedules 2 to 5 are revoked.
