Section 1 Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Value Added Tax and Excise Duties (Appointed Day) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

Section 2 Appointed Day

IP completion day is the day on which the instruments in the Schedule come into force, so far as not already in force.
