Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Defeat Devices, Fuel Economy and Type-Approval) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 31st March 2020.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations
(1) The Road Vehicles (Defeat Devices, Fuel Economy and Type-Approval) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 1(b) (citation and commencement), for “6th April 2020” substitute “1st April 2020”.
