Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Offender Management Act 2007 (Coronavirus) (Approved Premises) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and shall come into force at 12.01 a.m. on 6th April 2020.

In the definition of “licence” in regulation 4 (interpretation) of the Offender Management Act 2007 (Approved Premises) Regulations 2014 , after “rule 9” insert “or rule 9A”.
