Section 1Citation, commencement, application and revocation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Recognised Bodies) (England) Order 2020 and shall come into force on 18th June 2020.
(2) This Order only applies in relation to England.
(3) The Education (Recognised Bodies) (England) Order 2013 is revoked.

Section 2Recognised Bodies

The bodies specified in the Schedule are designated as bodies which appear to the Office for Students to be recognised bodies.
