Section 1 Citation and commencement provision

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 11th July 2020.

Section 2 Amendment of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (England) Regulations 2020 and transitional and saving provision

(1) The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (England) Regulations 2020 (“the principal Regulations”) are amended as follows.

(2) In Part 1 of Schedule A1 (exempt countries and territories), omit “Serbia”.

(3) In relation to any person who arrived in England on 10th July 2020, the principal Regulations apply as if the amendment made by paragraph (2) had not been made.
