Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Single Digital Gateway Regulation (Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 and come into force on IP completion day.

Section 2 Revocation of provisions in Regulation (EU) 2018/1724

In Regulation (EU) 2018/1724 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 2 October 2018 establishing a single digital gateway to provide access to information, to procedures and to assistance and problem-solving services and amending Regulation (EU) No 1024/2012 , omit—

(a) Articles 1 to 5;

(b) Articles 7 to 12;

(c) Articles 14(9) and (11);

(d) Articles 16 to 37;

(e) Article 39.

Section 3 Revocation of provision in Regulation (EU) 1024/2012

In Regulation (EU) No 1024/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 on administrative cooperation through the Internal Market Information System and repealing Commission Decision 2008/49/EC (‘the IMI Regulation’), omit paragraph 12 of the Annex.
