Section 1Citation and commencement
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Criminal Legal Aid (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2020.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 20th January 2020.

Section 2Amendment to the Criminal Legal Aid (General) Regulations 2013
After regulation 9(uc) (criminal proceedings) of the Criminal Legal Aid (General) Regulations 2013 insert—
“(ud) proceedings under sections 1, 4, 5 and 7 of the Stalking Protection Act 2019 in relation to stalking protection orders and interim stalking protection orders, and”.
